Bed and Breakfast is offered at The Annexe and is situated on the ground floor directly behind and attached to Cymbeline cottage in the centre of the village.  Offering a large en suite room with one king size double bed and one full length single bed.  Flat screen t.v.  Tea & coffee making facilities with delicious home made biscuits.   English or continental breakfast on request, using locally sourced produce whenever possible.  Off road parking in our driveway, dry storage for bicycles.
 
Downton is the perfect location for those wishing to visit the New Forest, Salisbury or Stonehenge.  Downton is also a perfect midway point between Southampton, Bournemouth, Oxford and Bath.  There are direct trains from London Waterloo to Salisbury and there is a good bus service from Salisbury to Bournemouth via Downton, for those who do not wish to drive.  The Isle of Wight ferry terminal in Southampton is 38 minutes by car.  Direct access to the Avon Valley Path.  Fishing on the Hampshire Avon and lake fishing are all close by.

We can also offer for those attending functions at Trafalgar Park or Breamore House a drop off and collection service.

Downton has four pubs with excellent menu's, all within a short walk.  We can offer a light supper for those who have booked in advance and would sooner relax on arrival or packed lunch.
